"I call on Wednesday and they were out on Thursday to replace the well water pump.a couple hiccups occurred but they got it taken care of. Very satisfied with their work"

"They did a great job. I live in Hudson WI and our water went out this morning. We call them up and they came out right away. They change out the pressure switch and install a new pump for the well. Price is fair and their work is good."

"Highly recommend Willow River Well and Pump Service. We lost water pressure on a Saturday afternoon at our home in Hudson Wisconsin. We called and left a message late Saturday afternoon and got a call back about an hour later, and Bill was at our home Sunday morning with full capability truck to troubleshoot and get our water back online. Based on the details I had given Bill and the age of our well he suspected a hole somewhere in pipe, which turned out to be true. Our pump was 180 feet below grade and Bill made fast work of getting it pulled up, installing a new pump, new piping, and all new fresh electrical to assure another 20+ years of worry free operation. Bill made sure everything was working great before he left and even cleaned up the old scrap tube and electrical and left things neat and tidy. No evidence he was ever there except nice clean water flowing from the taps. Willow River Well and Pump exceeded all of our expectations and we would highly recommend them for anyone in Saint Croix or any of the western Wisconsin counties."
