"Knowledgable and friendly folks that want to do good work. They were able to quickly take care of us both times I've had to call for help. First they helped us make sense of frozen lines to our auto-waterer and more recently they diagnosed and replaced our old well pump."

"Awesome, awesome, awesome experience!! My well was not working, wasn't producing water only air and sediment.. I called Bill, and he did exactly what he said he was going to do.. he actually came out the same day a few hours later! Unheard of! He got here exactly when he said he was going to get here, he gave me the rundown of what's going on, he was very very knowledgeable.. The problem was taken care of.. And he did not even charge me for the visit, because it was an easy easy fix... Again, unheard of! He gave a detailed explanation of why it happened and how to prevent it in the future. If I have any well issues whatsoever this is the company I will be calling, I will not reach out to anybody else! Thank you again for all your help! I have water again!"

"My Experience with Willow River Well and Pump Service was amazing. Having no water on the hobby farm was quite stressful but they came out promptly and got me up and running with a new well pump the same day! Very knowledgeable, down to earth and trustworthy :) thanks so much for the help!"

"We were having intermittent problems with our well. As a mediocre DIYer I did the basics - checked pressure tank PSI, pressure switch contacts and settings, examined wiring, swapped the capacitor recently for an unrelated issue, even replaced the breaker that was continually tripping. Issue still persisted. Called Willow River Well shortly after 7am and was able to connect with Bill. He had some ideas on what the problem could be, attributing it to a short or bad ground most likely in the casing due to vibration of the pump. Said he’d still swing out and take a look. A few hours later we had the cap off the casing and sure enough, one of the wires had the insulation rubbed through and was making contact on the casing. Bill called it from the start and helped me get back up and running. He definitely knows his stuff. Turns out I don’t need a new well pump, but when I do I now know who I’ll be calling."
