"We had a great experience with Willow River. They were polite, professional, and communicated when they’d arrive. Our plumbing setup is a little unusual, but they took the time to troubleshoot carefully and figure out the issue. I really appreciated their honesty and for educating me about how the system works in detail.

"Had an emergency-no water pressure in the morning. Willow River was able to come out the same day and pulled the pipe and replaced the well pump. Back in action by 5:30 PM. Excellent service and worth 5 stars!"

"We woke up on a Saturday morning with no running water in our house. We called Willow River Well & Pump and Bill was at our house that same day. He fixed our issue quickly (in the rain!) and they charged a very reasonable price. Bill was very thorough, respectful, and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend!"
