"I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Bill and his son. Excellent communication - I was kept in the loop continously on appointment timing and had my questions answered in a way that made sense to me (who has no experience with well water systems).
He took the time to try an easy fix and when that didn't fully resolve the problem, he came back out and replaced our pump/piping, pressure switch - and everything has been working great.
I highly recommended Willow River Well & Pump Service to anyone in need of well water system maintenance."

"We want to thank Willow River Well Pump Service for the fast service call and repair via installation of a new well pump. On Monday night January 22, at 6pm we had no water our well had quit. After putting in new fuses and checking out what I could I called Willow River Well Pump Service and told them I had NO WATER! They made us their 1st priority until we had water, with a new well pump, pipe wiring and switches. We recommend when you have no water, it is no problem when you call them for service. They were fast, friendly. skilled and dedicated to our needs till job was done. Bob and Mary Johnson, Shafer, MN."
