"Bill from Willow River Well and Pump Service came out the day after Christmas cause our well had stopped pumping water to the house. He diagnosed the issue, came back the next day with a Helper and replaced pipe, got our electronics squared away and our water back on. Courteous, professional, and reasonable work- could not recommend them more highly… They did a great job and earned future business from me for sure."

"Bill was an answer to prayer…. Discovered at 7pm we had no water pressure on the entire farm with over 2 dozen horses who collectively can consume over 300 gallons per day! Bill answered my call, was kind and considerate when I explained my situation, came in the middle of the night to evaluate and see if there possibly would be an easy fix. He quickly identified the problem (pressure tank switch blown) had all the parts on hand and rapidly fixed it. I highly recommend Willow River well and Pump service. Excellent service and prompt emergency response!!!!"

"I Couldn't have asked for better service! Bill was able to come over within an hour an helped troubleshoot the issue. Next day he was over a installed a new well pump. Very knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it took to get my water up and running. I even learned a few tricks of the trade. Highly recommend, the service was perfect!! Thanks again!!"
