"I've worked with Bill on several occasions at my place of employment: water testing, water heater replacement, and hot water pressure issues. He is efficient, and he is reasonable. Recently we had an issue where our water pressure was not working. I called Willow River, and Bill was too far away to get to us.. so he talked us through the problem! AND he called to follow up and make sure it worked! That kind of customer service doesn't come often. He could have easily referred us to someone else. But, he is always willing to help however he can. With any water/plumbing issue, I call him first. I would rather work with him because of the trusting relationship that has been built. It's rare that he isn't able to assist. Thanks Bill, for being really reliable and just awesome to work with!"
